Playground

  1. Play should take place on designated playground areas and not in front of school, bathrooms, hallways, or around buildings.
  2. Running is permitted on playground only. No running or tag in bark area.
  3. Students need a signed pass from the yard duty supervisor when leaving the playground during recess.
  4. Cutting in line and saving places are not allowed.
  5. Dangerous tricks are not permitted on the bars.
  6. Students may not be excluded from participating in a game.  Games may not be “locked” even if the ball was brought from home.  Students may not take a ball away from a game after it has started.
  7. Food is not to be eaten on the playground.
  8. Gymnastics are allowed only during supervised PE class with your teacher.
  9. Bicycles, roller blades or skates, skateboards and scooters may not be ridden on the school grounds between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
